Management Solutions Group has the flexibility to work for you on a
Retained, Contingency, Engagement Fee, Or Hourly/Contract basis.

On a Retained
basis, Management Solutions Group can manage the entire search process for
you. This includes assisting your search committee and board in
developing a job description, reviewing compensation package, and defining
the ideal candidates background; Identifying the potential candidate
base; making contact with hundreds of potential candidates via
direct mail outs, telephone introductions, etc; and considering responses
from targeted advertising. We qualify all applicants, exploring their
personal career goals, checking formal and informal references, and
confirming background information. We then present the top resumes to the
search committee, select the finalists, and arrange for on-site
interviews. Our retained fee is based on the first year expected total
compensation, and is payable 1/3rd on acceptance of search, 1/3rd
on candidate acceptance of offer, and remaining balance on candidate start
date.

On a Contingency
basis, we can source candidates and present them as we uncover them,
working confidentially to identify top talent for your organization. Our
contingency fee is also a percentage of the first year expected total
compensation, payable in full upon your hiring one of our referrals.
Under this type search, there is no obligation on your part until you
actually hire one of our referrals.

On an Engagement
Fee basis, we can initiate a dedicated search, and commit a certain
amount of time and resources specifically to your facility and your
needs. Once you have seen our initial results, you can then decide
whether to continue using us on an exclusive retained arrangement, or to
have us continue on a contingency basis. The engagement fee would be equal
to 1/3rd of the estimated full fee for successful completion of
the search, and will apply in full to our search fee when you hire one of
our referred candidates.

On a Contract Or
Hourly basis, we can dedicate one of our senior recruiters to your
search to perform whichever tasks your search committee would like to
place in the hands of our agency. This can include reviewing and
qualifying the resumes you have already received in your post office box,
checking references and cross checking candidates reputations in their
previous communities, verifying background and education, sourcing new
candidates, consulting with your search committee to further develop your
job description, minimum requirements, desired candidate profile and
background, or anything else the search committee would like to
outsource. Our hourly rate varies depending on skill level and nature of
assignment, but typically will range from $40 - $65 per hour, plus
expenses.
With any of these
options, we can confidentially contact potential candidates who may not
respond to your advertisement, introduce them to your opportunity, and help
them to assess whether or not they should put their name ‘into the hat’.
Many potentially excellent candidates will not respond to your
advertisements for fear of the public nature of your search damaging their
current career position. You will find that our discreet approach can open
the doors to a much larger pool of candidates.
